2.PRELIMINARY EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS OF THE β-PARTICLE DETECTION WITH SUPERCONDUCTING TUNNEL JUNCTION USING D. C. JOSEPHSON EFFECT
3.The mininum detection limit of the set is about (1.3-3.0)×10-2 Bq depending on β-particle energy.
4.Results There were no significant changes in appearance, pH, insoluble particle, the content of β-aesine sodium and absorption curve under five temperature conditions in 8 hours.
5.The crystallographic parameters of the prepared LiVPO4F powders are as follows, a=0.514 9 nm, b=0.529 2 nm, c=0.744 5 nm, α=67.397°, β=67.518°, γ=82.008°, and cell volume=0.173 0 nm3. SEM image showed that the particle size was about 2 μm with homogenous distribution.
6.Methods The content of β-aesine sodium and the absorption curve were determined by UV-spectrophotometer at the point of 20℃, 30℃, 35℃, 40℃, 45℃ separately. At the same time, pH, insoluble particle of the mixture injection and the change in the appearance were studied.
7.The shape,particle size of about 100~850 nm and hole size of about 150~600 nm of ZnS hollow nanospheres with holes were shown by SEM and TEM images. These ZnS nanospheres with β cubic ZnS phase and composed by 2~5 nm of nanocrystals were proved by XRD and HRTEM. The blue shift of max in UV-vis displayed the effect of quantum size.
