.The X-ray pulsar Vela X-1 (=4U 0900-40) is a component of a X-ray binary whose primary is a typical early fe type super giant.
.Considering the anisotropy caused by the Compoton-Getting effect, we derived d= (0.45±0.18)% and then V= (397 ±159) km/s. Where 6 is the anisotropy and V is the velocity of the solar system with respect to the diffuse cosmic X-ray sea.
.The growth of large single crystal LnBa2Cu7-8 and their superconductivity is reported in this paper. Identification methods for single crystals e.g., Laue pattern, precession pattern and the OOL multiple-order diffraction with X-ray, are discussed.
.The frequency difference, Δf, between the resonant frequency, f_Moof magnetron and the proper frequency of accelerating tube influences directly the main physics indexes such as X-ray energy and dose rate of the medical standing wave linear electron accelerator.
.The surface chemical behavior and compatibility of uranium metal and U 3O 8 in the atmospheres of CO,CO 2,H 2 have been systematically studied with X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and gas chromatography(GC). While uranium and plutonium placed in CO atmosphere the oxidation rate of uranium was studied gravimetrically with a microbalance, and the charges of gase phase components was detected by quadruple mass spectrometer.
.The oxide trapped charge ΔDof, the Si-SiO2 interfacial state density ΔDif and the energy level distribution of the density introduced in polysilicon gate MOS samples with n(100) silicon substrate after 60Co γ-ray irradiation are studied. Experimental evidence indicates that the effect of irradiation strongly depends on the bias field.
.On the basis of analysis of samples of Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum colour drawings on the bronze chariot and horses components, the analogue test is made on the humidity to preserved surrounding environment of bronze chariot and horses. After changing environmental humidity, temperature and illuminating with or without ultraviolet ray, the changing situation of chromatic aberration Δ E according to the study of four typical mineral pigments including of white, blue, green pigments is inspected.
