1.After the purification of the organisms, the cul tures of all the ten strains were grown in 100 ml of trypticase soy broth T. S. B. in the 250 Erlenmeyer Flask at 37℃ with shaking for 3 days. Then they were centrifuged at 4500 rpm and the supernatants were assayed by radioimmunossay (RIA) for the beta—hCG subnit.
