1.Evaluation of the acesodyne results of surface anesthesia for treatment of cataract patients by using phacoemulsification.
2.Method: Retrospective study 458 cases following modified radical mastectomy during April 1998 to May 2006 and 57 cases following BCS in my hospital provided datum.
3.The results showed that radiotherapy must be given after BCT; the patients with positive margin should be treated by reexcision or by mastectomy;
4.It introduced the application of disposable anesthesia epidural catheter in inserting tube into umbilical vein for newborns, urethral catheterization for infants, operation on fallopian tube, excision of galactophore, operation of vascular surgery, operation on head and neck of children and ophthalmologic operation.
5.Conclusion Radical mastectomy and cervical lymph node resection plus combined therapy is an active treatment in improving survival rate and prolonging the recurrence time for breast cancer with homolateral supraclavicular lymph node metastasis.

7.Methods: 75 cases subject to selective modified radical mastectomy under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into 3 groups: Droperidol and pethidine group(group A, n=25) , midazolam group(group B, n=25), propofol group(group C, n=25).
8.Objective To observe the surgical results of small incision cataract extraction in traumatic cataract.
9.Conclusions Small incision cataract extraction is safe,effective and convenient for traumatic cataract.
10.Research objectiveTo investigate the therapeutic efficacy of breast- conserving therapy (BCT) for breast cancer in stageⅠandⅡby comparing with modified radical mastectomy (MRM).
