4.The additional agents which are selected in this subject reasonably can increase magnetic powder adding capacity, improve the process of bonded magnet and ensure the mechanical property of bonded magnet, so that magnetic powder content of bonded magnet reach 90wt%, that hardness is between 80-90 ShA, and that tensile strength is between 10-15MPa. 5.The result of experiment indicated that:The second peak may appear obviously on the load-displacement curves of the milling type steel fiber under pull-out. Also the adhesive strength between milling steel fiber and matrix and its energy consumption were much higher than smooth steel fiber,which showed that the adhesive properties of steel fiber concrete can be improved by helical-effect.
6.Aimed at the issues about bead sliding,plastic falling out and steel wire wearing and breakage during the use of diamond wire saw,a special research on the on-line heating technique for the diamond wire saw manufacturing technology was carried out.The result shows that the bonding strength between steel wire,plastic and beads of the diamond wire saw has been greatly improved by use of on-line heating technology.
7.Diamond can be soaked by the metal that tends to form carbide when it is melted. Therefore the alloy that contain active element (forming strong carbide) and the single active element can be used as bond or brazing material of diamond tool.
8.For (Nd0.8Dyo.2)15Fe62Co15B8, the coercivity lost caused by cracking was certainly restored by two step heat treatment (890℃ × 1 h + 580℃ × 1 h). When an average partical size was about 350 μm, the coercivity reached to 570 kA/m, which is an acceptable level for bonded magnets.
9.Better effect of the dust cleaning has been obtained at flocculation agent and form coagulant aids are added to the powder,which makes a part of fine particulates of the blasting fume sole "join" each other and flocculate and colloids spider webs which combining with the produced foam viscosity forms a big net of catching dust .And the net will coth the remaining fine particulates according to the principles of colloid unstability and characters of the blasting fume aerocolloid .All the processes of catching dust are completed automatically inside the blasting fume.3figs.,1tab.,18refs.
