4.The experiment,forming the rat model of asomnia,treated with Baoshenkaiyuchongji at high dose,low dose and other Control medicine by means of purfusion(IG),analysising the variation of the content of 5-HT,5-HIAA,NA,DA of midbrain,pons,medulla ablongata by spectrophofluorometric,was designed to make further inguiry into the mechanism of Baoshenkaiyuchongji increasing deep sleep and improving sleep.
5.Methods: The incidence of radiation pneumonitis in 276 breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy plus radiotherapy was retrospectively analyzed. Of the 276 patients, 215 were treated postoperatively with three fields of radiotherapy and 61 were treated with whole-breast tangent radiotherapy following breast-conserving surgery. Based on various chemotherapeutic regimens, the patients were divided into 3 groups: the PA(Paclitaxel and Adriamycin) group, CAF (Cyclophosphamide, Adriamycin, Fluorouracil) group and CMF (Cyclophosphamide, MTX, Fluorouracil) group.
