2.Objective:To investigate the association between the debulking surgery and the preoperative serum CA125 levels in advanced ovarian clear cell carcinoma(FIGO Ⅲor Ⅳstage).

5.Methods:Collected peripheral blood of 19 ovarian cancer patients in stageⅢ before and after every course of chemotherapy(PAC scheme) after the cytoreductive surgery ,the SCE assay,hprt gene locus mutation and cytokinesis-blocked MN assays were applied.

8.STUDIES ON THE FLUORESCENCE QUENCHING AND RESONANCE SCATTERING MECHANISM OF PMo-RDG COMPOSITE NANOPARTICLE SYSTEM
9.The results demonstrate that the formation of ((AuI 4)RDG) n composite nanoparticle in red-violet and the interface between the nanoparticle solid phase and water phase give rise to its enhanced resonance scattering,fluorescence quenching, hypochromic effect with a characteristic resonance scattering peaks at 600 nm.
10.ADR associated with the solution of AuI~-_2 and I~-_3,which was from the reaction of AuCl~-_4 and excess I~-,to afford (2ADR-AuI_2-I_3)_n particles which produce three resonance scattering peaks at 320,400 and 600 nm and exist fluorescence quenching at 570 nm and hyprochromic effect at 526 nm.
