5.Aiming at the defect problem of stock shearing cutting,a comprehensive geometrical analysis of radial clearance,axial clearance,bar diameter,and contact length of cutting edge with the bar,which affect shearing quality in the process of cutting,is presented in this paper where, star ting with the considerationof crack spreading, it is taken as a premise that the cracks formed at the both cutting edges must encounter with each other to ensure cutting quality.
6.The systematic structure of the IHI pendular flying shear has been deeply analyzed,and the synergic relation between the cutting noumenon and the in phase mechanism has been expressed distinctly in the form of the transmission sketch. Then the optimal mathematic model has been esta blished by using the two main performance indexes ineluding the error betueen the horizontal velocity of the cutter and the feeding velocity and the error of pendular angle in the cutting area as sub objective function.
