1.One who aids a criminal after the commission of a crime, but was not present at the time of the crime.
2.On the other hand, there is another tendency in the Party which also deserves attention: that of being over tolerant and overindulgent towards comrades who have made mistakes, not giving them the punishment they deserve or waging any ideological struggle against them.
