.STUDY ON PRODUCTION OF 25~# TRANSFORMER OIL FROM DISTILL-ATE OIL WITH HIGH ACID VALUE BY FURFURAL REFINING PROCESS
.The paper analyses the influence on the analysis of transformer oil chromatogram induced by different sampling oil spot when conventional analysis of transformer oil chromatogram or on-line analysis of transformer oil chromatogram.
.An abnormal increase of transformer oil dielectric loss in service and its cause were introduced, and the treatment process to make the dielectric loss to reach standard was summarized, based on the experience of operation and overhaul.
.Application of XDK High Efficient Adsorbent on Oil Treatment of EHV Transformer in Dayawan Nuclear Power Station
.Studying the principle and method of many sensitive elements which are used to detecting the gases dissolved in oil, sensors of MQ series that author selected have obvious selectivity and higher accuracy when they detect gases of H_2 and CO.
.During adjustment and trial operation in Lingao Nuclear Power Station the main and auxiliary transformers have some problems, including the abnormal action of gas relay, total hydrocarbon of the transformer oil and acetylene contents exceeding the standards, crack of O-shape seal ring for load-tap.
.There are many methods applied to study the faults inside the power transformers, such as the neural network (NN) method, the fuzzy set theory method, the expert system (ES) method, the application, of synthetical artificial intelligence (AI) technique, the transformer fault on-line monitoring technique, etc.
.This paper introduces the development process and new trends of transformer oil chromatographic analysis technique at home and abroad in terms of the gas circuit system of chromatograph, degassing approach, data processing, diagnostic technique of transformer faults as well as the development and application of chromatograph on-line monitor, etc.
.and 45# transformer oils were produced from the distillate of highly paraffinic Shenbei crude by isopropanol/urea dewaxing. Dewaxing was operated at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, freezing points lower than -25 ℃ and -45 ℃ dewaxed oils and the wax contained more than 90% normal paraffins were obtained. The flash point, viscosity, acid number and electric property of the dewaxed oils after treating met the national standards of 25# and 45# transformer oils.
