.The quality and structure of ice cream influence the mouth feel, meltability, deformability, softness or hardness of the product, as well as the growth, distribution and orientation of ice crystals.
.The dominant frequency increased as increase of the pear firmness, and decreased as increase of the pear mass.
.The suitable kind of soil for olive tree roots to grow is one which has more than 40% of sandy particle, less than 30% of clay particle, more than 20% of soil non-capillary porosity, 80-150mm/h permeability and 2.5-4.5kg/cm3 the value of soil compactness.
.Using nondestructive acoustic impulse-response technique to evaluate the quality of oranges,it was found that there were lots of factors affecting dominant impulse-response frequency, such as mass, density,pH value, firmness and sugar content. Furthermore, the relationship between these factors and dominant impulse-response frequency are non-linear and it is difficult to analyze the relationship between them using the conventional regression method.
.Preparation for construction: the surface of the under layer should be even and firm, and in accordance with the design requirement, without loose material and flaccid site, and need to reroll 2~3 times within full-width range of the subgrade with vibrating roller before the construction, as well as test the compaction and defecting, to check whether there is unqualified point in the soil base.
