1.This paper exhibits a Tibetan coding input scheme of based on Tibetan-Latin transcribing method, advances for the input method regarding Tibetan syllables as input unit ,solves the problem that there is no speed input and intelligence input for Tibetan for a long time and realizes the speed input system which, incorporates syllables, sanskrits and vocabulary.
