2.Using test-simulating method, the paper observes and studies law of dust diffusing in mechanized face.The results show that infection of wind speed on the angle of dust diffusing is very great as dust diffusing along wind in working face.The smaller the wind speed is, the bigger the angle of dust diffusing is.At one time,four kinds of air curtains of different widths of the jet is made in the laboratory.When wind speed of jet varies, these air curtains are used to discuss the relation of the dust-obstructing efficiency of air curtain with the width and wind speed of its jet.In the end, the best wind speed and width of the jet of air curtain are put forward in reference value to be applied to design of air curtain in fieldwork. 4figs., 1tab., 5refs.
