2.A committee or board appointed to adjudicate in a particular matter.
4.The point does not fall under the cognizance or deliberations of this committee.
5.Where no response is made within the specified time limit, the examination of the Patent Reexamination Board will not be affected.
6.Where the Patent Reexamination Board decides to hold an oral procedure in respect of a request for invalidation, it shall send notifications to the parties concerned, indicating the date and place of the oral procedure to be held.
7.The European Commission is reviewing the suit, and will release its arbitrament with regard to application for temporary anti-dumping measures no later than mid April.
8.Rule 69 The Patent Reexamination Board may, at the request of the parties concerned or in accordance with the needs of the case, decide to hold an oral procedure in respect of a request for invalidation.
9.Where the person requesting invalidation fails to make response to the notification of the oral procedure sent by the Patent Reexamination Board within the specified time limit, and fails to take part in the oral procedure, the request for invalidation shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.
10.The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress shall authorize the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to interpret on their own, in adjudicating cases, the provisions of this Law which are within the limits of the autonomy of the Region.
