2.Methods:The mice model was established by being injected with CVB 3M Using CBI-8000 Doppler Physiological System to test cardiac output and immunoradiotherapy to test the content of mice plasma ANP,AngⅡ,ALD,ET.
3.Through the methods of Y- electrical labyrinth and radiate immunity,the experimental rats were measured the abilities of leaning and memory, the activities of cerebrum cortes ChAT and AchE, the Rt cost changes of M recept. In the meantime, the influences of taoxin recipe on these index were observed.
4.Methods The levels of PET, UET and ANP in 72 children with nephrotic syndrome (NS), glomerulonephritis(GN) and renal failure (RF) were measured using radioimmunoassay method. The relations between PET, UET, ANP and above renal disease were also investigated.
5.Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP),renin(PRA),angiotensin(AT2)and aldosterone(Aldo)were determined in 13 patients with pulmonary emphy-sema,51 patients with cor pulmonale and 16 normal Controls with radioimmunoassay. The results showed that:(1)Plasma levels of ANP in pulmonary emphysema groupwas significantly lower than that in the control group;
