3.In order to keep the normal bath temperature and slag forming condition, the charge of pig iron should not be exceeded 10% on middle and small converter.
4.Optimization of desulphurization and slag skimming process was completed by using hot metal ladle grouping to desulphur, revamping the current furnace dissembler into slag skimming machine, replacing the traditional slag scum manner in tundish with slag skimming process.
5.The video signal of foamed dreg obtained by a CCD camera was converted into digital image signal by an image acquisition card. Then the contour line of foamed dreg was obtained by image processing of computer and the actual height of foamed dreg was observed by the graduation line of contour line background.
6.At the temperature 1400℃, the pellets can transform to chrome or Cr 7C 3, or (Fe·Cr) 7C 3 with the existing of Fe C compound. Thus the pellets can be detoxicated thoroughly and recycled for the reuse of Cr, Fe elements.

The magnetic properties reach to the initial permeability μi 600～900,Satu- ration magnetic induction β_s0.40～-. 44T,Curie Point Q_c≥25-℃.
