1.Asiana Airlines is a private owned company. Our President has a motto that”safety first and service highest”.As to an airline company, safety and service are the most important two things.Asiana Airlines has come into existence for 16 years and is still a new according to the “order and obey” request in the company but are hoped to have their own point of views. 韩亚航空是一家民营企业性质的公司。我们的集团总裁有句座右铭“安全第一，服务至上”。对于一家航空公司来说，安全和服务是最重要的。韩亚航空成立至今只有16年，年轻的公司孕育了充满朝气的企业文化。公司内部不是按照“上命下服”的策略来工作，而是希望员工能有自己的主见。我们在上海目前有30多名员工。其中一半是本地员工。就我个人而言，希望员工能有认真负责的工作态度，同时性格方面也要开朗活泼充满朝气。
