1.The recent progress, new discoveries, new data of the regional geological survey during the 8th 5-year plan in Shaanxi, are disscussed in this paper, which include the classification of precambrian metamorphism rocks and rock group, stratigraphic establishment of Phanero zoic eon, paleontology and new data of isotopic age determination, intrusive rock lineage unit establishment, metamorphic plutonic mass and tectonic of orgenic belt, new methods of regional survey and inforrnation application.
2.Methods: Nine heterozygous mutation carriers and nine healthy controls were investigated.
3.5 patients had DD genotype,25 patients had ID genotype and 18 patients had II genotype.
4.After screening of 10 DMD/BMD pedigrees,we found mutations of deletion in 6 patients of 4 families by a shorter RT-PCR product,and in two of these families,we found some female carriers by normal and short RT-PCR products,The reverse transcription PCR of DMD gene has greatly improved the gene diagnosis in China and facilitated the diagnosis of the DMD/BMD patients,particularly the accurate diagnosis of carriers.
5.In general obesity group,there were no difference in age、BMI、TC and HDL between Pro/Pro wild type with Pro/Leu heterozygote type . There were difference in waist circumference/hip circumference rate、body fat composition 、fast blood glucose 、fast blood insulin and ApoB between Pro/Pro wild type with Pro/Leu heterozygote type .
7.3 the level of serum IgE between the two groups who carry the genotype Q576R and Q576Q was not significantly different P>0.05. Conclusion 1. The mutant R576 allele of IL-4R may be one of the candidate genes for susceptibility to asthma ;

9.The aeolian sandstones are pink in colour, well-rounded, 0.1-1mm grain size sands within fine silts and clay matrix. they display bimodal size distribution.
10.The concentration of the serum TG, the level of BMI and %fat of the obese children with A/A genotype were higher than that with the G/G genotype (P<0.01),but the level of the serum HDL was lower (P<0.01). To the children with A/G genotype, only their TG level in serum are higher than that with the G/G genotype (P<0.05).
