.Diagnoses included hepatoblastoma (n=7), he patic hamartoma (n=2), neuroblastoma (n=5), congenital mesoblastic nephr oma (n=2), retropertoneal benign teratoma (n=4), gastric malignant terat oma (n=1), ovarian cyst (n=2), adrenal hamartoma (n=1), adrenal aden omatosis (n=1).
.Objective:To analyze CT features of angiomyolipoma (AML).
.These findings suggest the presence of this follicular hybrid cyst-like hamartoma with differentiation toward different parts of hair follicles.
.Conclusions:The hypothalamus hamartoma might result in spikes wave discharges focus in cortex near the tumor and the sharp wave might be recorded in the tumor body. EEG monitoring might be helpful in the guidance of treatment.
.A hamartoma is a neoplasm in an organ that is composed of tissue elements normally found at that site, but growing in a haphazard mass.
.Materials and methods: A total of 69 patients with 70 renal masses were enrolled in this study prospectively. The renal masses included renal cell carcinoma (RCC, n=47), angiomyolipoma (AML, n=11), pseudotumor (n=5), transitional cell carcinoma (n=3), acidophile cell adenoma (n=2), nephroblastoma (n=1), focal infection (n=1).
