1.Objective To discuss the effect of different ways of nursing on spreading umbilicus combined with colon dialysis by Chinese traditional medicine treating nitremia and refractory ascites induced by hepatic cirrhosis, in order to provide evidence for the best nursing measure of the Rx.
2.We treated eighteen patients with refractory acute lymphocyte leukemia with mitoxantrone, VP 16, Ara C (MEA) and extracted and analysed the nuclear matrix proteins by high salt and SDS PAGE before and after chemotherapty.

5.To investigate the expression of NF κB in acute leukemia and its relationship with P21, and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP), the expression of NF κB, P21, MMP 2 and MMP 9 in bone marrow cells from patients with acute leukemia (AL) was detected using immunocytochemical technique.
