6.Through analysis of the characteristics, structure and parameter of 3 -phase asynchronous traction motor,in regard to its specific role as traction power in locomotive, the author put forward the problems that with the same slip ratio, in low frequency stage, the output torque of motor goes down and the mechanical characteristics become "soft". Theoretically,the auther analyses the cause for the problems and airs his view on these two problems.
