3.The complications which occurred after post-treatment included:The post operative elevation ofIOP was found in 74 eyes(48.68%),among which theIOP reached 22-30 mmHg in 37 eyes (24.34%);
4.Result In 134 eyes, The average IOP measured by GAT were 14.5+/-4.33mmHg, measured by DCT were 15.82+/-4.88mmHg, But 73% IOP of DCT were higher than GAT .
6.Results:Lat-B could decrease the IOP , compared with the IOP before drug administration, the difference was significant(P<0.05),and this effect occurred within 1 hour, some IOP effect may have remained at 24 hours, but the IOP of BSS group and DMSO group were not decreased.
7.During the follow-up, the latest IOP was 6-21mmHg in 14 eyes (78%), bellow 6mmHg in 1 eye and above 21mmHg in 3 eyes.
8.Postoperative complications were early corneal edema, uveitis and increased intraocular pressure.
9.Methods IOP of 83 normal per- sons (83 eyes) was measured using GAT and NCT, and CCT was measured using OCT.
10.Results CST began to increase when IOP>2.93 kPa and the correlation coefficient of IOP and CST was 0.5371( P <0.01) when IOPs were 5.33~8.00kPa.
