.Study on Some Nonlinear Dynamics Problems of Rotor System with Impact-rubbing
.Bifurcation and Amplitude Catastrophe of Periodic Respon ses in a Nonlinear Rotor with Rub
.In a detailed study on the processing of rotor-stator rubbing, a new rotor-stator rubbing modal is presented based on Hertzian impact-contact theory.
.Aiming at the vibration analysis of a Jeffcott rotor system with rigid supports, rub-impact force and moment were described based on COULOMB friction model. And the nonlinear differential equations of coupled bending and torsional vibrations of a rubbing rotor was established.
.This model is used to describe the bending/torsion coupled vibrations of a rotor and an elastic stator due to the contact.
.Based on the assumption of periodic rubbing force in rotor system, the rubbing forces onto each node of rotor system are estimated by modal expansion technique and the sub-harmonic decomposition of residual matrix between faulty and faulty-free vibration signals of rotor system through FFT (fast Fourier transformation).
.The rotor-stator contact problem can be detected by monitoring the torsional vibration signals.
.However,in the application, the acoustic signal is usually polluted by noise. To improve the quality of rubbing acoustic signal,Blind Source Separation and Wavelet De-noising are used together in the methods of P.S.
