1.Using the new numerical model for reinforced joint with consideration of the bond and slip between reinforcing bars and surrounding dam concrete, the 3D FEM nonlinear analysis for 292m high Xiaowan Arch Dan under design load working conditions of earthquake was conducted, and the effects of different kinds of reinforcement on stress, slip and transverse joint openings were studied.
2.In this paper the problem of optimum design of sliding isolation system under earthquake action modeled as Gaussian white noise process with zero mean is studied. On the basis of the current field, two dimensional convection diffusion equations under the orthogonal curvilinear and rectangular coordinates systems were empolyed to simulate the pollutants transportation jioning process, combining the method of Lagrange tracing water slices.
