1.Methods: Thirty-five cases of minor tympanic membrane perforation were subjected to repaire by transplantation using human amnia.
2.For the patients,perforated with empty stomach or within 6 h and treated with the new administration of PPIs,the cure rate with non-operative treatment of perforation and operation convertion rate in 3 weeks of trial group were 91.67%,4.17% respectively. There were significant differences respectively compared to control group(P<0.05).
3.The result of the surbival condition of graft shows that the perforation of 28/33 ears is healing and the hearing level of 93.9％ ears rises to the normal range.
