1.Methods Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery, including 7 adrenalectomy, 11 unroofing of renal cysts, 10 nephrectomy, 3 nephroureterectomy, 7 radical nephrectomy, 3 UPJ-plasty, 4 pelvilithotomy, 16 ureterolithotomy, were carried out for 61 cases.
