颠茄碱
1.A poisonous, bitter, crystalline alkaloid, C17H23NO3, obtained from belladonna and other related plants. It is used to dilate the pupils of the eyes and as an antispasmodic.
2.An alkaloidal extract or tincture derived from this plant and used in medicine.
3.Any of certain Australian shrubs or small trees of the genus Duboisia having leaves used for the commercial extraction of belladonna alkaloids.
4.Such pharmacologic agents as antidepressants, belladonna alkaloids, opiates, and oral contraceptives may induce pruritus, even without producing a dermatitis.
5.Determination of content of hyoscyamine in compound belladonna mixture by acid dye colorimetry
6.A rapid, high effect and specific labelling method in the effective component of some bella-donna alkaloids was suggested and their labelling positions were studied by using ~3H NMR & ~1HNMR.
