2.Season both sides of fillets with salt and black pepper. Brush the top of each fillet with 1 tablespoon cilantro sauce.
3.Stir-fry beef fillet in 2 tbsp oil until done. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce and heat through.
4.Pour away excess oil. Heat through Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce, water and pour over chicken steaks. Serve with cooked rice and salad.
