1.In the Unit Operations Laboratory, we experiment with two distillation columns: a 24-plate and a 12-plate distillation column.

3.Methods:Intestinal epithelial cells Caco-2 and T-84 were cultured in DMEM medium with 10% FBS at 37℃ until confluent in 12-well plate.
