10.RESULTS SMZ and TMP were separated completely in 7-15 min and a good linearity was obtained separately in the concentration range over 50.7-253.7 μg· mL-1,10.1-50.5 μg·mL-1.The recovery rate of each component was not less than 96.5% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 2.72%.
