After adjustment for systolic blood pressure(SBP),the association between PP and stroke was inversely related in middle-aged population(B=-0.482,OR=0.618,P<0.01),but not significant in senile population.
.After adjustment for systolic blood pressure(SBP),the association between PP and stroke was inversely related in middle-aged population(B=-0.482,OR=0.618,P<0.01),but not significant in senile population.
.AoPFV was positively correlated to systolic blood pressure (SBP). The relationship between Ao-PFV and the average ambulatory systolic blood pressure(ASBP)during the period of the 6 am~9am and throughout the 24 hours were closer than that between Ao-PFV and the casual SBP and the average ASBP in the awaking or sleeping states.
.Results The moment of surgery started,compared with preoperation,HR,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) in the ketamine group rose remarkably(P<0.01),and only SBP rose in the ketamine combined with propofol group(P<0.01),Only DBP had a remarkable difference between two groups(P<0.01);
.In the latest hypertension guidelines of China, America and Europe, the senile hypertension is not definited specially, so its standard is same to general adults. The systolic blood pressure (SBP) is more than 140mmHg and (or) the diastolic blood pressure (DBP) is more than 90mmHg. Isolated Systolic Hypertension (ISH) is definited as SBP more than 140mmHg and DBP less than 90mmIIg.
