1.The virus strain were identified as rabies virus by ELISA and mouse neutralization assay with immune sera of CVS ( the prototype strain in rabies serotype 1 ) and it possessed close antigen relation with rabies relating to Virus of Duvenhage but not to virus of Lagos bat and Mokola.
