1.The BC-48 cDNA was 610?bp in length with a 570?bp ORF encoding 189 amino acids. Similarity of nucleotide sequence of the BC-48 gene with the sequence from GenBank(U46551)was 96.7%.
2.A prokaryotic expression plasmid was constructed by inserting the BC-48 gene into pGEX-4T-2 vector. Expressed protein induced by IPTG was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western-blotting.
4.Twenty four newborn Taihu piglets were divided into 4 groups and separately fed by glucose saline (GS, ?n=4),? bovine colostrum (BC, ?n=5),? and bovine milk (BM, ?n=6)? within 48 h after birth, then back to sowfold for suckling freely, the last group naturally suckled all the time (PC, ?n=9).
5.The result showed that the overlapping rate of AB、AC、AE、BC、BE、CE、ABC、ABE、ACE、BCE、ABCE were 77. 27%、8. 73%、25. 90%、8. 55%、27. 21%、7. 89%、5. 48%、 17. 98%、2. 23%、2. 21%、1. 53% respectively.
