1.Methods: The lectin was extracted from Baphicacanthus Cusia(Nees) Brem roots by biochemical method, then perfused the stomach (mice of Kunming breed) with 0.054 mg/kg/d lectin for 30 dyas. And the tissue section used to measure the cell diameter and to count the number of the thymus cortex and medulla under microscope.
