1.Conclusion Patients with L 4-5 disc herniation were most likely to experience groin pain. The sinuvertebral nerve was indica ted as the afferent nerve of grain pain. Groin pain of some patients could be covered up by symptom as low b ack pain,buttockpain.
2.Symptoms of sciatica in the proximal leg, which include a deep and cramp-like pain, should be separated from pain in the middle of the buttock, which is indicative of root interference caused by root tension, root irritation or root compression.
