1.Improvement on high rate (10C) discharge performance for KR SC Ni Cd battery
2.After stored at 70-90°C for 4h, the battery was safe, however, it became unsafe for overcharge of 3C12V for stored at 90°C. Correspondingly, the charging-discharging performance became severe. Those phenomena were attributed to the IR increase with an abruptness at 80 °C due to thickening and compactness of SEI film by an enhanced interaction between intercalated anode and electrolyte at elevated temperatures.
3.The adopted PIC 16 C 73 A monolithic computer characters high processing rate, small size, low operating voltage, low power loss and high driving capability(the I/O port can drive LED directly). The digital ampere hour meter designed on the basis of PIC 16 C 73 A for measuring battery capacity has monolithic structure, small size, high reliability, convenient and intuitional display and low cost.
7.When the capacity of AA size battery made by seal formation is higher than 1300 mAh, the capacity ratio of the battery discharged to 1.2 V to that discharged to 1.0 V at 0.2 C is over 85%. Mean while, the capacity ratio of the battery discharged to 1.2 V to that discharged to 1.0 V at 1300 mA is over 72%.
10.The 10.8V / 5Ah battery pack (3 cells in series) retain 82% of the initial capacity after 500 cycles at 1C, 100% DOD.
