2.Spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) were put in a special box containing fumigant of chrysanthemum indicum L. Co. Heat the box so that the temperature in it could be kept at 39.5℃～41.0℃ for 60 minutes. Then take out the rats and meassure their blood pressure.
