7.Creatine kinase isozyme (OK) is mainly divided into CK-MM, CK-MB, and CK-BB, and CK-MM can be further divided into subforms MM1, MM2, andMM3. In acute myocardial infarction (AMI), CK-MM3 enters blood in large amount with a rise in the in the ratio of MM3/MM in particular, which is extremely valuable for the specific and early diagnosis of AMI.
8.The activities of serum LDH,CK and LDH 3,4,5 ,CK BB in moderate and severe HIE were significantly higher than those in mild and control group( P <0.05),particularly LDH 3( P <0.01). LDH 1,2 ,CK MM and CK MB only in severe HIE were evidently higher than mild and control group ( P <0.01).
9.The stem thi ck was 1.5mm and wide 5mm,The length was variety:25mm,30mm,35mm,40mm,60mm,80mm,100mm,120mm. There were three to six poles i n the bar. Pole diameter was 2mm.
10.Conclusion The authors think it is helpful to use combinated method of im- munohistochemistry (HMB45, S-100 protein, VIM and CK) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosisfor MM,especially AMM. [
