Dexamethasone Acetate
1.Objective To compare the effect of ondandetron + dexamethasone (DXM), and ondandetron+DXM+medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) in preventing chemotherapy-induced vomiting, nausea and anorexia.
2.Objective:To compare the effect of different protocol,ondansetron,ondansetron +dexamethasone(DXM),and ondansetron+DXM+medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA),in preventing chemotherapy induced vomiting,nausea and anorexia.
3.Methods All 31 middle and advanced cancer patients were given combined therapy of four drugs P.O. for one to two weeks,which consisted of medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA),dexamethasone,cyproheptadine hydrochloride and cisapride.
