1.On the basis of an analysis on the characteristics of image formation of roof Abbe prism and of the structure of double Doveprism, the paper presents a reflecting image rotator consisting of mirrors. Properties of image rotation of the reflecting image rotator are theoretically proved.
2.On the basis of an analysis on the properties of image formation of roof Abbe prism and of structure of double Doveprism, a three axis image stabilizing reflecting mirror assembly consisting of some mirrors is presented. Its image stabilizing formula is deduced in collimated light.
