Echlin's laminectomy rongeur
.An experimental study of preventing extradural scar adhesoions after laminectomy
.Experimental study on prevention of peridural adhension after laminectomy by a SMB-Gel
.Result: A 48-year-old man received C3-C4 laminectomy and fixation for C3-C4 myeloradiculopathy.
.Prevention of epidural fibroscar adhesion after laminectomy by thin plate of polylactic acid: An experimental study in rabbits
.MethodsUnder etherization condition,we make laminectomy, dissociate L4-L5 DRG, fix DRG and BSS solution perfuse DRG.
.Methods From June 1988 to August 2004, were operated treatment 150 cases, L4/5 102 cases,L5/S1 36 cases, L3/4 12 cases, two lubar intervertebral disc protrusion in 6 cases, whole of laminectomy 36 cases, half of laminectomy 90 cases, window casement lamina of vertebral arch 24 cases.
.After the skull was bore, A 3 cm×3 cm keyhole was made by a bone rongeur an d the lateral sphenoid wing was grinded out.
.Methods The gel and salviamiltriorrhiza (SMB)-gel were acquired from the Carbomer and SMB. Laminectomy was performed in L3, L6 on 36 rabbits which had been divided into 4 groups randomly, and resulted in the status of 10 mm×5 mm lamina defect.
.Method SPR of L2-S1 at conus medullaris level through T12 to L2 laminectomy was performed on 22 patients suffering from spastic cerebral palsy, the change of spasticity and motor abilities were investigated through 6 months followed up.
.The conus was exposed through a T_ 12 to L_2 laminectomy. After identification of L_2~S_1 posterior roots,3 to 5 rootlets from each posterior root were electrically stimulated with concentric electrode and the muscle responses were observed at the same time.
