Fibrinogen-Fibrin
1.It has been reported that in vitro experiments, CA inhibited the blood platelet aggregation induced by collagen, arachidonic acid (AA) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin induced by thrombin [2].
2.Face to face interviews were conducted to fill in questionnaires by trained interviewers. ACE gene, ATⅠR gene and inflammation factors including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-8, IL-10, C reactive protein(CRP), fibrinogen(Fg), fibrin monome polymerized velocity (FMPV), absorbance maximum ( A _ max ), FMPV/ A _ max , were measured.
3.Methods the value of prothrombin time(PT), partial thromboplastintime(APTT), tissueplasminogen activator(t PA), D dimer(D D), fibrinogen(Fbg) and fibrin degradation products(FDP) were determined in 20 normal pregnant women, 20 nomal nonpregnant women and 35 patients with PIH.
4.Methods:With the use of a rat smoke inhalation injury model,the static lung compliance,the surface tension and superoxide dismutase activities of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF),the contents of malondialdehyde,total protein(TP),total phospholipids(TPL),fibrinogen(Fig) and fibrin(fibrinogen)degradation products(FDP)were determined in normal control and injured animals at 2 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h respectively after injury.
5.The plasma fibrin D-dimer was measured using enzyme linked immunoassay. Fibrinogen(Fg) and hs-CRP were measured.
6.To fibrin therapeutic use extracted from the venom of the anticoagulant effect of a substance, can be reduced fibrinogen and blood viscosity, for the treatment of arteriovenous thrombosis was good results.
