G-man
1.With the method of solid phase graft, HDPE g MAN was synthesized using benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator. The product was proved with IR.
2.The compatibilizer was prepared from the reaction of PS g MAn and chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) with 1,3 bis(2 oxazolinyl) benzen coupling agent by reactive extrusion process. In LDPE/PS blneds with 10% this compatibilizer, the impact strength has improved 2.5 times as much as the corresponding LDPE/PS blends, and flexural strength and tensile strength have been also improved.
