Gait abnormality
1.Conclusion The main evidence of diagnosing DRD includes gait abnormality as the onset symptom in childhood ,the symptoms are aggrevated towards the evenings and alleviated maredly in the mornings after sleep, and small doses of levodopa has marked effect on the improvement of the symptoms .
2.③Walking: Fifty-four patients could not walk without supporting before operation, among whom, 3 patients could not stand, sit and/or walk without supporting, 21 could walk limpingly with both hands pulled, and 29 could walk with one hand pulled. Twenty-seventy patients could walk independently with gait abnormality.
