Glypressin
1.Methods We measured portal vein (PV) pressure and blood flows of hepatic artery (HA) and PV by ultrasonic transit time flowmeter in 20 anesthesia pigs. 12 experimental pigs were injected Glypressin 0.025 mg·min~(-1)·kg~(-1) in 60 seconds and 8 control pigs were injected saline as same value as Glypressin.
