1.All unspent amount of each activity grant should be returned to the Home-school Co-operation Section by a crossed cheque payable to “The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”.
2.An annual block grant is made to the Hong Kong Society for the Blind for the operation of the Centralized Braille Production Centre, which produces braille materials for people with visual impairment, including textbooks used by students with visual impairment.
3.Agricultural production and operation organizations and agricultural labourers shall put in fund and labour accumulation in input to agricultural production and capital construction such as irrigation and water conservancy works, and the State shall grant support thereto.
