8.Based on a wealth of data, the article makes a deep analysis and evaluation of the Russian co-operative ties with international financial institutions——IMF and WB——and with regional international financial institutions——the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, European Investment Bank, International Economic Co-operation Bank, International Investment Bank, CIS Transnational Bank and Black Sea Trade and Development Bank——and arrives at some conclusions.
