H-ALP
1.Phosphoric acid,aluminium chloride and association agent organic amine used as raw materials,through association,replacement and dissociation,the aluminium dihydrogen,phosphate was first produced,then by heating and hydration,the aluminium dihydrogen tripolyphosphate was prepared. By x-ray diffraction,it showed that the formula of the product is H 2AlP 3O 10 ·2H 2O and AlH 2P 3O 10 ·(2～3)H 2O.
2.Results There were not differences in the concentration of FBG,2h BG, HbAlc,TBIL,DBIL,ALP,Ct,TC,LDL and age,stature between with and without fatty liver in T2DM. There were obvious difference in the concentration of C-P,2h C-P,AST. ALT, γ-GT,TG,HDL and weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR between with and without fatty liver in T2DM.
4.in this study, 220 diabetic patients received determination of bone mineral density (BMD)of radius, serum calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), fasting blood glucose ( PBG),C-peptide, parathormone (PTH),calcitonin (CT), 24h urine calcium (24h U-Ca) and hydro xy proline (Hyp).
5.Neither methotrexate nor leucovorin was used in control group. Serum ALT and Cr,protein content of the liver,intestinal mucosa ALP and GGT,villus length were detected at 72 h after methotrexate injection.
6.Methods Forty CP children were enrolled in this study and 30 normal children served as control. Plasma levels of Ca, P, ALP, PTH, CT, BGP, BMD and Ca, P in food, urine and stool in 24h were analyzed.
