HA antigen
1.Seven reference of avain infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) (M 41 , H 120 , Holte, Gray, Connecticut, Iowa609 and T strains) and six isolates (NIBV, GIBV, M, H, J, and H strains) were inoculated in chicken embryos to prepare the hemagglutination(HA) antigen. The allantoic fluid (AAF) was harvested and concentrated, then treated with the culture of clostridium welchii.
2.The response of EAC-bearing host to thymus-dependent antigen (TDA) was assayed by plaque-forming cell (PFC) and hemagglutination (HA) test.
3.We used the same method as above-mentioned and obtained the recombinant fowlpox virus expressing antigen part of HA gene, rFPV-12LS-HAA.
4.Methods The a-fetoprotein (AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA ), ferritin (Fer), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG ), human chorionic gonadotropin (PHCG ), ceruloplasmin (CP), hyaluronic acid (HA ) and laminin (LN)in the hydrothorax and hydroperitoneum of 251 patients were detected through radioimmunoassay.
5.Method The of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and PHBC were studied for the serum aβ 2GPⅠ levels by ELISA with purified β 2GPⅠ as antigen, and we investigated serum level of collagen IV (IV-C)? hyaluronic acid (HA) and laminin (LN) in these patients.
