Honest Significance Difference
1.The Plt count before treatment of masculine and negative in ACA with ITP was no significance difference(P>0.05),but there was significance difference that after treatment(P<0.05).
2.There is significance difference in creatine kinasewhenSG group vas NG group NSG group( p<0.05 ); There is significance difference in lactate dehydrogenase when SG group vas NSG group (p<0.01) and APG group (p<0.05 ) ;
3.removing rate for side-effect are 0.92% and 7. 34%. According statis-tics analysis P<0.05,it has significance difference.
4.Result There was not significance difference in serum bilirubin and born weight between two groups at first day (P>0.05).
